Initially when I first heard about the 31 Day Fat Loss Cure program by Vic Magary, my own instinct told me that it was a gimmick. The name seemed over hyped. I got a copy of the program to review it and find out whether it provided any value at all.

My first reaction was certainly one of surprise. By the name I assumed that this could be some lame diet plan which promises an effort free weight loss with little or no chance of delivering. It was very clear that Vic Magary isn't the kind of man who believes in getting anything without needing to work for it. The 31 Day Fat Loss Cure is really a set of five workout plan, each 31 days long. In addition, there's even a nutrition plan which is the same for all the workout plans.

The workout plans include two bodyweight programs, 2 gym plans for newbies plus advanced trainees. There is also one plan which is created for individuals in their 60's or older or for anyone who has some kind of injury that inhibits them from regular exercise. All the workouts are brief and concentrate on compound exercises. These types of workouts are extreme. The reason is apparent: burn a lot of calories in a short time plus boost your metabolism in the process.

Each of the workouts are found in video and explained obviously. The workout programs can be done again so you don't need to be worried about how you will maintain or even continue your weight loss following the first 31 days. If you are a newbie, you can also move on to the advanced programs.

These types of exercises are suitable for women and men and also the program can be adopted both at home and at the health club.
