As soon as I saw Thor in the theater, I thought that there were going to be a ton of people motivated to go out to the gym and look like Asgardian god. Lots of people have a desire to be in excellent shape, however they might believe inside they are not strong enough for exercising. One answer to this problem though is to begin working out with a few kettlebell exercises.

I went to the store and considered around the weight section searching for kettlebells. I have never seen them before but I was determined to find them and do whatever it took to get ripped. I didn't want to look like I was a complete fool so I did some fake browsing while waltzing through the weight region. After acquiring the kettlebells on a stand I discovered a poster with Thor next to the stand. Holding his mighty hammer with a bolt of lightning protruding from it, Thor was advertising the kettlebells with a complete plan of kettlebell exercises.

Even glancing at that poster, it would make you just stand in amazement. I mean just seeing that all you got to do is performing with those weights to get into great shape, how did I even not consider this before? The kettlebell is a fun piece of exercise equipment to use and they are very easy, even if you are not very experienced in using equipment at the gym.

I setup my kettlebell exercises almost right away after purchasing my new kettlebells. I made some room in the area of my mom's den and had the poster of Thor next to my kettlebell exercises. The detail of the kettlebell exercises were explained by the stern workout buffs that I knew did not compare to the amazement that Thor put out. I was going to be a god that matched the powerful Thor.

I picked up my kettlebells for the first time. My cut off jean shorts and sweat band were drenched with perspiration and longing to be macho. I lifted the kettlebells to carryout the very first of kettlebell exercises when I heard the crack. My back went and I shrunk to the floor. I was not ready for the kettlebell exercises and the weight of the 65lb. Kettlebells were too much for me. I lay there on the ground. Teased by Thor himself and thought to myself, "Screw kettlebells. I could really use a Snickers bar right about now."
